Try English Toffee Stevia

For those of you who like oatmeal with brown sugar, this might be a good substitute. Make your oatmeal like normal and then add a few drops of English Toffee Stevia. It is tasty!!

You can also give up Starbucks. Try getting a shot of espresso, add 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 3 drops English Toffee Stevia or 3 drops Chocolate Stevia. It beats a 300 calorie drink that cost $4.50. You can make it at home or if you don't have an espresso machine, simply make the mixture and drive thru your favorite coffee shop and just order the shot of espresso.

Thanks for the starbucks tip - i was actually wondering about what to do about the starbucks thing, because I love their late's. I was driving around for about 2 hours through denver, and i had to have passed 10 drive thru starbucks, and REALLY wanted to stop.

You can even buy chocolate almond milk and make it like a mocha. You might need to add splenda to taste.
