Try English Toffee Stevia

For those of you who like oatmeal with brown sugar, this might be a good substitute. Make your oatmeal like normal and then add a few drops of English Toffee Stevia. It is tasty!!

You can also give up Starbucks. Try getting a shot of espresso, add 8 oz unsweetened almond milk, 3 drops English Toffee Stevia or 3 drops Chocolate Stevia. It beats a 300 calorie drink that cost $4.50. You can make it at home or if you don't have an espresso machine, simply make the mixture and drive thru your favorite coffee shop and just order the shot of espresso.

Take it easy and share your receipes!!

Are you following the rules?

Keep focused: I love that fact that I can just vent about food and exercise and don't have to worry about anything. We all know that this site was created for the family and a few friends. I hope that you are all drinking plenty of water, exercising as required and giving up processed foods a little bit at a time. I believe that it would be impossible for a person who eats out every lunch and a few times for dinner to just go cold turkey and go on a strict diet. It seems to me that those people just quit a diet. I have learned that if you gradually change things that you eat and head towards a clean diet you will be healthier than you have ever been. Over time you will try something that you used to love to eat and it usually is too sugary or buttery. It is a great feeling when this happens, so stay focused and get the job done.

This world comes with lots of ups and downs, constantly throwing us curve balls. Most of us don't know if we are coming or going. The one thing you have complete control over is what you eat. I know that sometimes it is hard. Trust me, the other day I wanted to eat a Quaker Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, but I didn't. It took a lot of talking to myself and a phone call to a relative for support, but I didn't eat it and saved myself from empty calories. Anyway, stay focused, I believe that you can do this or I wouldn't waste my time blogging!

First day of our diet club blogging

This should just make my life and your life easier. I have come to the conclusion that we all want to be healthier, so let's talk. The more we talk to each other the better we can get with inspiration and receipes. I am all about making this as easy as possible. Also, if several people have the same questions, this could help.

As you know I am not a nutritionist, just a 45 year old lady obsessed with eating as clean as possible in this messed up world of instant food.

I will not be listing the diet on this site because I am actually looking into getting certified so this could be a job. I love helping people and making them feel better on the inside and out!

Anyway, that is the scoop! Talk to you soon
