IMPORTANT!

1 lb of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories (Information from JillianMichaels site)

So, if you wantto lose 2 lbs a week you would have to cut 1000 calories per day.
7 days x 1000 calories = 7000 calories which converts to 2 lbs


So, when you are on a diet and you chose to go off your diet and not exercise then you can see why you don't lose any weight. Even if it is just one day a week. Don't sabatoge yourself, stay on course.

Plus, if you are going to diet and exercise why not just get it done so then you can maintain?
