Try this, I loved it!
6 cups fresh spinach
In a pan add: 2 t. sesame oil, 1 t. low sodium soy sauce, 1 T sesame seeds, 1 t. fresh ginger and 1 t. garlic , 2 t. rice vinegar
Add the spinach and let steam.
Now, I love going to chinese restaurants and tasting the sweet sauce on their dishes, so what I did to the above receipe was ass 1 T. splenda to the mixture. It made the sauce fantastic!
Check it out!

Here is something I tried earlier this week
Shrimp
asparagas
onion
basil
1-2 cups white wine
basil leaves
garlic
paprika
cumin
Put the ingredients into a skillet and cook on low to medium. I actually precooked the stalk ends of the asparagas so they would be tender. Quantity of each is to taste. Roughly 1-2 cups fo shrimp, 5 -10 spears of asparagas, quarter medium onion roughly chopped, 6-7 basil leaves, tsp of chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp of paprika, and about a 1/2 tsp of cumin. Cook for about 15 to 30 minutes or until everything is tender. BTW I added a 1/2 package of tofu for substance but personal taste is the name of the game.
Hey anyone on this blog anymore??
